Evolution of Ristorante L

The Laudisio Restaurant Has Evolved Into “Ristorante L”!
Richard F. Schaden and Antonio Laudisio (“Tony”) are old sailing friends who had both been, among other endeavors, in the restaurant business.  Tony and Richard started Laudisio’s Restaurant a/k/a “Ristorante L” in the 29th Street Mall back in October 2006.  Tony had designed the cuisine and trained the chefs including Sakima Issac, the head chef, at “Ristorante L”. The Schadens had been in the multi-unit restaurant business for many years.  Tony and Richard were a great combination.

Tony is no longer active in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.  You can still see Tony around Boulder at the Farmers Market, doing pizza parties, and dining on the classic Italian food he inspired at “Ristorante L”. In honor of the Laudisio family’s role in the shaping of this iconic Boulder eating establishment, the name of the restaurant is being updated from Laudisio to “Ristorante L”.  “Ristorante L” is not a new restaurant, but rather the evolution of what has been created by Tony and his family over the last twenty years.  Other than the signage, you will not notice many additional changes to the restaurant.
